Home Page

Welcome to Breton Meadow Farm, home of Ouessant sheep in the United States. Purebred Ouessant sheep currently exist only in Europe. Our mission is to establish this unique breed in the US through an upbreeding program.

On this website, you will find information about us, our farm, the Ouessant breed, the status of our upbreeding program and happenings on our farm. Use the sidebar on the left to navigate directly to a subject or follow the navigation links at the bottom of the page for a more linear approach.

The Ouessant breed is relatively unknown in the US. In a nutshell, Ouessant sheep are small, and would be an ideal breed to consider if you have a limited amount of space to keep sheep or if you simply want a unique breed of sheep.

This web site is under development and may not answer all of your questions. If you have questions that are not answered on these pages, please send the questions to: info@BretonMeadowFarm.com.
